You can email hello@pios.io about support or privacy. For an account information or deletion request, include the email address used for your PIŌS account and what you would like us to review. Do not send passwords, card numbers or authentication codes.

Request PIŌS app access

Choose General question below and tell us you would like to use PIŌS. Include the email for your usual ChatGPT account so we can help with your access. You do not need a new ChatGPT account. If you have already paid with a different email, tell us before subscribing again. Your request does not start a subscription or grant access; we will respond by email.

Reservation and refund help

Choose “Request a refund” and include the email address used at checkout. Please do not include card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information.
