Memberships and the Shark Tank deal

Command Center and Command Center + T-shirt memberships lock $21.21 per month for your first 12 months. The Shark Tank deal locks that rate for your first 24 months, plus applicable tax. After the rate lock, the then-current rate applies, with notice before any price change. All memberships renew monthly until canceled. Read the membership billing and cancellation terms.

Command Center + T-shirt costs $51.21 plus applicable tax at signup: $21.21 for the first month and $30 once for one T-shirt. Board priority and a Board price reservation are not included. The priority-list cancellation-cost provision does not apply to this offer.

The Shark Tank deal costs $52.42 plus applicable tax at signup: $21.21 for the first month, $30 for one T-shirt, and $1.21 for priority on the limited first-edition Board list at the locked $579 Board price. Later invoices contain only membership and applicable tax. The shirt and priority fee do not reduce the separate $579 Board purchase price. Any Board purchase requires separate authorization. Limit one priority place per person.

First-edition Boards are expected by January 1, 2027, subject to limited supply. Choose T-shirt size S, M, L or XL and provide a U.S. shipping address at checkout.

For a voluntary cancellation before Board availability, the documented, nonrecoverable cancellation-cost provision below applies only to the $1.21 priority-list fee, not to the $30 T-shirt or monthly membership charges. It is not an automatic charge. If we cannot fulfill the promised priority access and price lock, you are entitled to a full refund of the priority fee. If we cannot deliver the shirt, its undelivered portion is refundable in full.

Canceling membership stops future monthly renewals. To cancel the separate priority-list place or ask about your shirt, contact hello@pios.io. Existing purchasers retain their original terms, Board credits and any lower agreed price, including the earlier $30 Board reservation with a $549 balance.

Board and earlier reservation delivery

The PIŌS rollout begins October 1, 2026, and continues through December. For earlier reservation packages, we expect to deliver the products and provide the App access included in your purchased package by January 1, 2027. Early-access reservations support a product still undergoing development and testing.

Progress updates and participation in the rollout do not replace delivery of your purchased product.

If you change your mind before delivery

You may request cancellation before your product is shipped or your App access is activated. Where permitted by law, we may deduct reasonable, documented costs directly attributable to your cancellation that we cannot recover.

Any deduction will be itemized and will never exceed 50% of the reservation payment you actually made. If there are no qualifying costs, your reservation payment will be refunded in full. This is a cap on qualifying cancellation costs, not an automatic 50% charge or a percentage of the full package price.

If we cannot deliver as promised

If we learn that we cannot meet the delivery deadline, we will notify you promptly and offer a revised date or a full refund of the amount paid for the undelivered portion of your order.

No early-cancellation deduction applies when we cancel, cannot fulfill the order as promised, or a full refund is otherwise required by law. We will not extend your delivery deadline without your express agreement; absent that agreement, we will cancel the affected undelivered order and refund it promptly.

Existing reservations and policy acceptance

Purchases made under our earlier full-refund policy retain those terms. This policy does not reduce rights promised when you purchased. Those reservations remain eligible for a full refund before accepting the applicable final launch and purchase terms. Existing reservations also retain any lower package price previously locked in at purchase.

The cancellation-cost provision applies only to reservations where this policy is shown and expressly accepted at checkout. Earlier offers keep the version accepted when purchased. New checkout records the September 12, 2026 membership-v3 version. A reservation without that acceptance retains the earlier full-refund terms. Later updates will not reduce rights already agreed to.

Requesting help or a refund

Email hello@pios.io with your name and order number. You may also use the Contact page and choose “Request a refund.” Please do not send card details.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven business days after becoming due; your bank may take additional time to display the credit.

Your rights remain protected

This policy does not waive rights concerning defective, damaged, misdescribed, or undelivered products, or other rights that cannot legally be limited. The early-cancellation deduction does not apply to claims covered by those rights. Contact hello@pios.io for help with an item after delivery.

What earlier one-time reservations include

• $31.21 — App only: A one-time founding reservation for priority access to the PIŌS App. The Board and T-shirt are not included.
• $41.21 — App + T-shirt: A one-time founding reservation for priority access to the App plus one white founding T-shirt. The Board is not included.
• $81.21 — Complete package: A reservation for the App, vertical display Board, and one white founding T-shirt. It locks in the current $579 Shark Tank package price, compared with a projected $1,287 retail price—a $708 saving. The $81.21 is credited toward the $579 total, leaving $497.79; it is not payment in full. Limit one complete-package reservation per person.

For packages that include a T-shirt, choose size S, M, L or XL and provide a U.S. delivery address during checkout. The included T-shirt has no cash alternative.

No reservation authorizes a recurring subscription or an automatic charge for a remaining balance. Any later purchase or subscription requires separate terms and payment authorization.

Earlier reservations: your two-year App rate lock

All three founding reservation packages lock in the PIŌS App at $21.21 per month for your first 24 months of App service, compared with the planned regular rate of $31.21 per month. That is $10 per month in savings, approximately 32%.

The 24-month rate lock starts when your App service is activated. The rollout begins October 1, 2026; App access and Board delivery are anticipated by January 1, 2027. Monthly App service is billed separately after activation and requires separate authorization. Your reservation payment does not pay for two years of App service.

Earlier shirt-only purchases

The earlier $21.21 shirt-only purchase was a one-time charge for one shirt. It did not include an App or Board reservation or authorize a subscription. T-shirts are now offered only with membership packages. The reservation-cancellation deduction above does not apply to earlier shirt-only purchases. Payment processing

Stripe securely processes payments and refunds. PIŌS does not receive or store your complete card number.
