Board Terms of Use

The separate PIŌS Board Terms of Use govern use of the Board. You can read them without signing in. Board agreement acceptance is recorded separately during setup or connection authorization; viewing either page does not accept the Board agreement. Existing members can find their retained agreement copies in Board Settings.

Website purpose

This site presents PIŌS concepts, demonstrations, early-access opportunities, Summit information, and founding reservations. Features shown in demonstrations may be prototypes, works in progress, or planned functionality.

Product, pricing, and timing estimates

New PIŌS sales are opening soon. Joining the waiting list is free and is not a purchase or price reservation. Product specifications, projected retail prices and future Board availability are estimates as development continues. Our public demonstration begins October 1, 2026, with first-edition Boards expected by January 1, 2027 in limited supply. The separate Delivery & Refunds policy controls reservation offers, delivery commitments, cancellation terms, and refunds. General estimates and disclaimers in these terms do not override those commitments or reduce rights already promised to purchasers.

New Command Center memberships

Command Center and Command Center + T-shirt memberships lock $21.21 per month for the first 12 months. The Shark Tank deal locks $21.21 per month for the first 24 months, plus applicable tax. After the rate lock, the then-current rate applies. We will notify you before any price change so you can cancel before renewal. The displayed regular price is today’s comparison price, not a guaranteed future rate. The first payment is due at signup; all memberships renew monthly until canceled, with no minimum subscription term.

Command Center + T-shirt costs $51.21 plus applicable tax at signup: $21.21 for the first month and $30 once for one T-shirt. Later invoices contain only membership and applicable tax. This offer does not include Board priority or a Board price reservation.

Cancel before your next renewal through the Stripe billing portal or by emailing hello@pios.io. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the period already paid for. Contact us about refunds for service not provided; these terms do not limit rights required by law.

The Shark Tank deal costs $52.42 plus applicable tax at signup: $21.21 for the first month, $30 for a T-shirt, and $1.21 for priority on the first-edition Board list. The shirt and priority fee are charged once. The priority fee locks a $579 Board price, compared with projected retail of $1,287. The Board is a separate purchase at $579 when available, subject to limited supply and your separate authorization. The shirt, priority fee and monthly membership charges do not reduce that Board price. Limit one priority place per person.

First-edition Boards are expected by January 1, 2027. The Delivery & Refunds policy covers the priority-list fee and T-shirt. Canceling membership does not automatically cancel your separate priority-list place; contact us to cancel that place.

Applicable tax is shown separately at checkout and on invoices. Any third-party subscriptions, including paid ChatGPT access where needed, are separate from the PIŌS membership.

Any purchase made under the earlier $51.21 membership-and-Board offer retains its original 12-month rate lock, $30 Board credit, included T-shirt and $549 Board balance. New terms do not change those purchases.

Earlier one-time reservations

The $31.21 App-only reservation, $41.21 App-and-T-shirt reservation and $81.21 complete-package reservation are separate one-time charges. The $31.21 offer does not include the Board or T-shirt. The $41.21 offer does not include the Board. The $81.21 offer reserves the App, Board and T-shirt package at the current $579 Shark Tank price, compared with a projected $1,287 retail price, and is credited toward that package, leaving $497.79. The complete-package offer is limited to one order per person. Existing reservations retain any lower package price previously locked in. None of the reservations authorizes a recurring subscription. Any later purchase or subscription will require separate terms and authorization.

All three reservations lock in App service at $21.21 per month for the first 24 months after App service is activated, compared with the planned regular $31.21 monthly rate. Monthly App service is billed separately and requires separate authorization; the reservation payment does not purchase two years of App service.

Earlier shirt-only purchases

The earlier $21.21 shirt-only purchase was a one-time charge for one shirt. It did not include an App or Board reservation or start a recurring subscription. T-shirts are now offered only with membership packages.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, abuse forms, or use automated methods to disrupt or overload the service.

Intellectual property

The PIŌS name, designs, site content, demonstrations, and original materials are owned by PIŌS or used with permission and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without authorization. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services and independence

The site may link to or describe services provided by Stripe, OpenAI, Google, and others. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. PIŌS is independently developed and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Google, Shark Tank, ABC, or Sony Pictures Television. References to third-party products or programs do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, PIŌS disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, acceptance into any television program, or that every planned feature or release date will become available exactly as described.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PIŌS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms as PIŌS develops, with the revision date shown above.
