Your information should stay yours.

Information you provide

We may collect your name, email address, optional mobile number, product interest, organization, city and state, and any details you include in a PIŌS, Summit, support, or privacy request.

PIŌS waiting list

When you join the waiting list, we save your email address, optional first name, signup date, the page where you joined, and available referral or campaign information. We use this list to notify you when PIŌS sales open. The list is private and can be exported by the operator for that purpose. Joining does not create an account or make a purchase. You can request removal through our Contact page.

Your Board and connected PIŌS tools

PIŌS stores account and membership details, tasks and grocery items, tile and drawer names, notes, saved website and Google Drive links, appearance and voice settings, and filing or reply preferences you choose to save. We also store connection permissions and authorization records, agreement acceptance records, and Board backups. Your device may retain member-specific settings, drafts and pending changes.

When you authorize PIŌS in ChatGPT, the connected tools exchange information needed for your request with ChatGPT and read or update the PIŌS records covered by the permissions you grant. Saving or removing a Google Drive link in PIŌS does not change the original Google file.

Photos and Masterpiece

You can choose the Fine Art, Deep Space, Nature or Underwater collection, or save a selection of up to 50 of your own photos for Masterpiece. PIŌS stores the photos you upload and their saved selection under your member account. Choosing an included collection does not upload your personal photo library.

PIŌS also stores photos you choose for tiles and subtiles. Removing a photo from the Masterpiece selection stops it appearing in your reel; it does not currently erase the uploaded file from storage. Switching to an included collection preserves your saved photo selection.

Optional Google connection

If you connect the Board’s optional Calendar display, PIŌS stores your Google account identifier, an encrypted refresh token, connection permissions and a limited Calendar snapshot. New Board authorization requests Calendar read-only and account identity permissions. The Board’s Email shortcut opens Gmail. Google file and email actions in ChatGPT use your separate Google connections and are subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies.

Reservations and payments

Stripe processes payments and subscriptions under its own privacy policy. PIŌS does not receive or store your complete card number. PIŌS retains purchase and subscription records, including transaction identifiers, amounts, dates, product and offer details, and contact information. When supplied by Stripe, these records may include billing and shipping addresses, telephone numbers, receipt links, card brand and the last four digits of a card.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type, referring page, and request logs to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

Website measurements

We measure page views, approximate visitor numbers and purchases to understand how the website performs. A random identifier saved in your browser distinguishes repeat visits and may connect a website visit to a completed Stripe checkout. The identifier is renewed on a later visit after one year and can be reset by clearing browser storage. Page-view records do not include your name, email address, full IP address or card details. When checkout includes the identifier, we can associate those visits with a purchase record containing the customer information described above.

Our visitor measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Visitors using different browsers or clearing storage may be counted more than once. Clearing browser storage resets the identifier but does not delete records already held by PIŌS.

Board activity and support

When a signed-in member opens The Board, PIŌS may record the member’s name and email, the Board version, the date and time, and an opening count so the owner can monitor membership and service health. Routine Board-opening records do not include private commands, tile contents, email subjects or Calendar details.

If a member sends a help report, PIŌS stores the description, the screen or setup step, the Board version, and any screenshot the member chooses to attach. Support reports and screenshots may contain information you choose to include. They are made available to the operator through protected dashboards to respond to the report and improve the service.

How we use information

• Provide your Board, save your choices and carry out actions you authorize through connected PIŌS tools.
• Manage membership, account access, agreement records and service recovery.
• Process and manage reservations, refunds, and product-interest requests.
• Respond to questions, support requests, and privacy requests.
• Send PIŌS early-access, launch, or Summit information you requested.
• Protect the website, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Understand and improve PIŌS services and communications.

How we share information

PIŌS uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for authentication, hosting, databases and file storage; Stripe for payments; and Resend to deliver access and purchase emails. We retain related delivery records. Authorized PIŌS tools exchange information with ChatGPT, and the optional Board Calendar connection exchanges information with Google. Support reports, screenshots and limited Board activity may also be copied to PIŌS’s protected operations dashboard.

We share information as needed to provide these services, prevent fraud and communicate with you; when required by law; or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. PIŌS does not sell or rent personal information.

Retention and security

Disconnecting PIŌS ends that connection’s access; it does not erase your Board records. Removing a task takes it out of the active list and preserves it in a restoration history of up to 500 tasks. Saved backups may contain earlier versions of tasks, links, settings and other Board information. A Calendar snapshot stops displaying after 90 minutes without a successful refresh, but that display limit does not itself delete the stored record.

For ordinary membership cancellations, PIŌS records when cancellation takes effect and a recovery review date 90 days later for Board content and backups. Reaching that date does not automatically erase stored copies. This recovery period is separate from requests to delete personal information.

Agreement records, payment records, support records and provider-held copies have separate retention needs. We retain information for the purposes described here, including recordkeeping, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal compliance. Contact us about the information held for your account and any deletion request. Disconnecting PIŌS or removing a link does not delete original files held in Google Drive, your ChatGPT conversations or copies you keep on your devices.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to stop promotional communications or request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements. Email hello@pios.io or use our Contact page. Include the email address used for your PIŌS account and the request you want us to review. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or other authentication secrets.

Children

This website and its reservation offers are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
